Antec Neopower 480W power supply testing

Ok. So we all know that Antec makes among the best power supplies. So I recently opened my NeoPower and ran an ATX power supply test. A red light indicted lit up. It said that the -5V rails are not working. Is this a bad power supply? I've used the same tester on another PSU and all 5 lights came on green and no red light came on. I looked on the sticker and I didn't see any -5V information.

The antec neopower does not offer a -5V supply.

That's not a problem because no current PC hardware uses it, and it has been removed from the ATX spec.
