This was the PSU I was considering buying when I was getting my A8N SLI, but I ended getting a Seasonic S12.

Yeah, I looked at the NEO last year when FRY's had them on sale but there are none located near me. Instead, I picked up the SEASONIC S12-430 as well. I like the quietness and high efficiency....from silentpcreview.com

But comparing the two....the Neo looks very good!

The NEO looks almost as good as the S12-600! I might have to reconsider? I think this unit was only slightly louder than the SeaSonics?

I've been out of the loop since I got my Truepower 2.0 430watt, is there anyway this PSU would be powerful enough for 2 7800GT's in SLI?

it would except it only comes with 1 PCI-e connector

I bet theres some simple mod to get around that though.

Mine came with 2 PCI-E connectors. I bought it at Newegg in the summer for 110(pre-rebate) and just got my $25 rebate a couple of weeks ago...

I have this one in my P180, it fits very well.

Anyone happen to know the physical dimensions of this PSU? Looking to replace an OCZ (ie: MONSTER-sized) PSU with a smaller one with cable management like the Neo. (The Antec P180 case isn't what most would call 'large PSU friendly.)

Am I the only who sees 18a on both the 12v1 and 12v2? Mine is v2.0 btw...

Picked one up, and another 1gb of corsair pc3200 ddr400 ram to save on shipping. Same price shipping for the two pieces as for just the PSU, and the ram was $55 for 1gb after MIR. Thanks.

This is kinda weird, because I thought that the rails would be 18A and 15A, too. I even downloaded the manual that stated 18A and 15A.

Today I got the box and the manual and box both state 18A and 18A. Maybe they reengineered it? Or updated the specs? Anybody know which is right?

did they discontinue this PSU? it seemed this was a clearance sale and everyone else used to have it but not anymore..
