Bad news. I got the power supply, and hooked it all up. It powered my computer fine for a few hours, and when I came back from errands, my computer was powered down. Now when I try to turn my computer on, all I get is a little squeak noise from my speakers, and the blue cold cathodes in it flicker for a second. The led light on the motherboard lights up. My comp works fine with the old power supply, but the neopower won't power up anymore. I even tried using a power supply tester to run the power supply without the computer, and it still refused to power on. Any ideas? I see in my manual that it has many different ways to protect itself from electricity problems. It mentions in the manual:

3.0 PROTECTION:
If the power supply is latched into shutdown stage due to protection circuit
activity, the power supply shall return to normal operation only after the fault has been removed and reset PS-ON for a minimum of 1 second. Then it will
turn on again.

How do I do this, and do you think that it will get the power supply up and running again?

Any ideas?

As I understand that, if you hold the power button on for more than 1 second, without the fault present, it should turn on.
The critical part is "without the fault present." If the fault is a short external of the PSU, then it can be dealt with. If the fault is inside the PSU, then you might want to look into warranty service.
