Try local computer repair shops. Some have very old machines around to scavenge parts from.

Another idea. You may find locally businesses that accept old electronics etc. for recycling. They may let you scrounge through old computers to find something that matches up.
 
For a case that old, if you have access to a 3d printer, you might just try to make a few from PLA or PETG.

No springs or moving parts, so I would think they should be relatively easy to make.
 
You can do a Google search based on the photo and hope someone is selling it near you in the "shopping" section. I think a full-length photo of the case will get a more accurate search.
