This antec lanboy case is from early 2000 and is probably not made anymore

Anyone any idea how I get more of these drive rails?

Try local computer repair shops. Some have very old machines around to scavenge parts from.

Another idea. You may find locally businesses that accept old electronics etc. for recycling. They may let you scrounge through old computers to find something that matches up.
