Not to break any rules maybe this will help
Took awhile to find $10 off $75 code (also a $5 off $35). Here is the algorithm.
Goto Google.com | Search "Free amazon gift certificates and amazon coupon codes for anything amazon sells."
First one listed.

Hmm, so I found the code. Assuming it works, this is a great deal. I need a new case but I am waiting for the Springdale PE to upgrade. Since the board has native serial support, you will need a PSU with serial power connectors. I doubt any computer comes with a PSU which has serial power connectors so if I were to buy this case, I'd have to buy another PSU in a few months. Someone please tell me I am wrong and this case comes with the PSU I need so I can buy this case.

Well the code definately works. I just used it about 15 min before my post. As far as the PSU all I can say is check the PSU stats HERE.

Wow, didn't even realize that Amazon carried cases... apparently after searching for "Mid tower" It found 50 of them! But only about 5 pictures...

Great deals though especially because free shipping.

There are no pictures but information on this case shouldn't be very hard to find. (don't look on Antec's super slow site, their best picture is tiny) Anyway, there is a decent review of this case at thetechzone.com if you need information on this product. I finally just ordered one a minute ago.

Bought this case at BB recently for $90~ ($100 - 10% coupon). This is a great price on a great case -- this thing is really well thought-out. It's aluminum, and only weighs 10lbs, yet very solid. Has a door that closes over the drive bays. Includes a side window, and an Antec TrueBlue 350W PSU (lots of connectors). It says "silver", but it's not at all a cheesy-looking silver -- almost resembles a light bronx sort of color under normal lighting. Tons of expansion, 2 front USB 2.0 ports (total of 6). Also includes a custom carrying strap for toting to LAN parties or whatever. Room for a front and rear 80mm fan, etc, etc. Also has a really cool little compartment on the back for storing hardware like screws, standoffs, etc.

Check the reviews for more detail, but this a a nice case for this price. This PSU should be more than adequate to power a nicely souped-up machine, too. Antec PSU's are notorious for delivering far more than their rated output..

this case looks sweet. i already have an antec truepower 430 though, i would buy it if i could get it for cheaper without the power supply, and find someone to buy my current aluminum

Might want to edit your title...Amazon description says 8-bay MID Tower...I don't consider that a Mini...Looking at the title I thought this might be something like the Shuttle SS51

I think the Shuttles are considered "Small Form Factor" or SFF for short, not mini towers or even ITX.

Well technically Antec calls it a mini tower and amazon calls it a mid. So how bout this I take it all out and leave it at that 😉

Antec 1080 AMG is back at frys for 149-30 Instant rebate for total of $119 +tax (b&m only probably) good for a PM? I'm waiting for it to go back down to 99 so i can grab it and PM to staples for 10% off 🙂

The Antec 1080AMG with its beefier power supply is a better buy in my opinion. Unless of course you are really a LanBoy and you tote your machine around. My box stays in one place, and things like removable drive cages, lots of fans and a beefy PSU is much more important than things like lights in the PSU and windows in the side of the case. Although if I did need to carry my case around, the light weight and the strap this one has probably wouldn't be a bad choice.

Damn, They rose the price again... it was only at 91.99 for like 3 days.
Glad I bought mine 2 days ago. 😉

Yup went up 10 bucks. Even at 91.99 not a bad price. Maybe it will go down again soon. The coupon is till 03.31.03 so there is still time.

Bear in mind that you can walk out of Best Buy with this case for about the same price with a 10% off coupon. At $81.99 it's a deal -- at $91.99, it's about average -- not a bad price by any means, but you can be "instantly gratified" for the same price. :Q

I got one and sold it...

If you own a Geforce 4 better do some research about this case before you buy it..

Why do you say that? A 350watt Antec is ok for any Geforce 4.

I think he is referring to this issue:

"The Lanboy includes a small plastic hatch on the rear of the chassis, which sits next the I/O slots and jets out from the rear of the case (it can clearly be seen on the images above on the bottom left of the chassis). This hatch can be opened and has a tiny compartment which includes a few generic case screws and motherboard mounting screws, kind of neat, but who needs to carry extra screws with them to a LAN party?

The problem we have with this hatch is that it can cause incompatibilities with graphics cards or any PCI expansion card which has plugs on the far right of the card. For example, we threw in a GeForce4 Ti4600 card to the Lanboy, and we were unable to use the analog HD-15 cable, as the plastic hatch system got in the way. Unfortunately, many graphics cards use this same configuration, so there will be many incompatibilities. This is something Antec really should have worked out in the labs before shipping out.

Luckily, the entire plastic hatch can be removed from the chassis, and these cards can be installed in the case fine without the hatch. Unfortunately, when you remove the plastic hatch, there's a big empty hole in the rear of the chassis, which looks a wee-bit odd."

Also, check out the picture at this address: Link

I'm sure hoping my ATI AIW 8500 128MB card's connectors are placed so that I don't have to remove the hatch.

If you own a GF4 where you will be using the analog instead of DVI

That is a nice looking case.....if I didn't have a tricked out Lian-Li, I would be all over it....🙂
