Antec KS382+any ATX m/b, OK?

I'm about to order this case from buy.com.
Its specsheet states it takes 9x12" of m/b. I'm not sure the exact numbers but MSI pro2a is little bigger than 9x12.
Is possible to use K7t pro2a on this case and anywhere beats the price 68.00 shipped?
