Those cases with the 250mm fans don't have the clasically desirable airflow patterns either - they pump the air in by brute force and the warm air can escape whatever way it can. It is quite effective nonetheless. The dual 120s in the Fusion will act similarly. You could use an Antec spot fan (or fans) or similar to get air to any particularly hot spots.
If you visit HT specific sites, you will probably find more owners there. IAC, the Fusion hasn't been around that long. Most who have HTPCs here bought their cases before the advent of the Fusion. While those just assembling their HTPCs will be in the boat with you.
I find that studying the many pictures that are available on Newegg and the mfr's site, etc. and the specs and descriptions and reviews around the web plus reading the buyer's comments at sites like Newegg will tell me all I need to know about cases. I find that hardly anyone wants what I want, values certain functionalities as highly, or are nearly as observant as I am.
For example: I was discussing this same case with another member either here or on TechIMO and he couldn't readily tell that he could mount an additional HDD behind the display or above the PSU, while that was readily apparent to me. He had access to and had seen the same pictures as I and even had seen Rodney's video review as well. He had been researching his purchase for some time while I had just spent a few minutes researching the case in response to his post. There you go...
Now if one is too lazy to root out this readily available info on his/her own or recognize the import when it is staring him/her in the face, then there is no help for him/her anyway (IMO, of course).
