Antec - Excellent support

I just purchased an Antec SLK-3000B. It has two latches on the side panel. The upper one worked fine, but the bottom one was a little flaky, and after a few uses, stopped latching. I called Antec on a Tuesday and received the replacement latch on Thursday (no charge, no shipping charge).

yup! My old 1040B's switch went south a couple years ago. One email to their support addie and a whole new set of wires and switch arrived 5 days later. No fuss, no muss, absolutely no hassle!
I love Antec!
I'd love 'em even more if they'd get the P-180 into the channel.
