That should power the basic system just fine...with room to spare, but I don't think it will power the system if you add a second video card...or if it does, you'll be pushing the power supply to the max.

550W is ideal for 560 Ti, 750W for SLI. 650W is kind of like undecided about which camp to belong to. It's more than you need for 560 Ti, but not quite optimal for SLI.

I had a non-Green EarthWatts 650W powering a Q6600 @ 3.6, and two GTX460 1GB cards at 820Mhz, for a whole month. Never skipped a beat.

I don't know how much more power a 560Ti takes over a GTX460, but I would say you are probably good for SLI in a pinch. It would make me more comfortable with a 750W though.
