Will that be enough to power

Intel i7 2600K
Z68 motherboard
MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II
Crucial M4 SSD Micron C400 128GB
2 x Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 TB
LG 24x DVDR
G.SKILL Ripjaws 8GB DDR3-1600
Coolermaster Hyper 212
Zalman Z9 Plus

Can I potentially upgrade into SLI too?

That should power the basic system just fine...with room to spare, but I don't think it will power the system if you add a second video card...or if it does, you'll be pushing the power supply to the max.

I had a non-Green EarthWatts 650W powering a Q6600 @ 3.6, and two GTX460 1GB cards at 820Mhz, for a whole month. Never skipped a beat.

I don't know how much more power a 560Ti takes over a GTX460, but I would say you are probably good for SLI in a pinch. It would make me more comfortable with a 750W though.

I see, thanks guys!

I live in Canada actually, so it's hard for me to find a cheap 750W.

Are there any recommendations for a reasonable priced semi-modular/modular 750W PSU?

There's also a weekly special ($60 off) on an Antec High Current Pro 850W 80+ Gold: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=56792&...c&promoid=1373 pretty nice deal IMO but above your requirements. Still... damn tempting 😛
