I have a antec EA 650 PSU and i want to buy a evga gtx 465 graphic card, can my PSU support this card?? it requires 38 Amp my PSU has 3 12v rails 20amp

Yeah, that'll work fine. I'd go with a GTX 460 over the 465 though.

RAM: Corsair TR3X6G1600C8D Dominator 6 GB 3 x 2 GB PC3-12800 1600MHz 240-Pin
HDD :2x SATA II
Graphic Card: evga gtx460 or 465
MB : EVGA X58 SLI LE
This is ok for my PSU right??

Yeah that'll be fine. The system in my sig is running off of a EA-650 and it's a nice PSU 🙂
