well i just a antec from onvia today but the problem i have is . the io panel is very thin so i want to get other io panel so anyone can help me . or any tip for that. thank in advance

have you checked the arstechnica forum? there is a member there that works for Antec.. actually I think he is a member here as well but I hardly ever see a post from him on Anandtech.

he goes by "AntecCSR"

he may be able to provide you with some better means to get ahold of someone at Antec.

Don't count on EVER hearding from Antec. I've been waiting over two weeks, and I don't have the option of using their 800 number (I'm in Canada). Last thing I'll ever buy from them.

I have bought several Antec cases (KS-188 and SX1030) and have twice ordered a new I/O Panel from them. The first time I faxed a request to them, and the second time I phoned the request. I gave my mailing address and I recevied the panel within a week or so for free.

Choose your panel here:

Contact them here:

I have seen several posts that Antec has irresponsive tech support but I have yet to see that.

ive heard of people getting it for free if you contact antec about it. what case did u order from onvia? i just got the 1030b a few weeks ago and my i/o plate is solid

I believe you can order them online as well. I remember seeing a web site where you could order a replacement I/O plate free of charge. Just dig around their website. I'm sure you can find it. It was a while ago, so i'm not sure if its still there. I'll search for it though...

And from my experience, antec has been great. I got a 1030 from onvia with a broken bezel, and instead of hasseling with onvia, the people at antec just sent me a brand new bezel free of charge. Give them a break, its the holidays, may take them some time to respond.

Three weeks is a bit long to wait for a response to a question about whether or not a power supply might damage other components if its running out-of-spec. Four messages, zero replies. And their 800 number doesn't work from Canada (which is rather rare nowadays). I had heard great things about Antec, and sold off my old supply, only to go through this lack of service. Maybe they care about their US customers.

yeah, i received one of those power supplies with the broken seals too, any idea if that's bad or not? the system seems to be running ok for now.

AznBruin03: you really got a free bezel from antec? would it be possible to put a 1030 bezel onto a 830? Thanks for your help! 😉
