I can't imagine this not being worth $10 even if refurbished (assuming it's fully functional).

I just think this is SO worth the risk. In for 2. If they work what a great find OCN, if they don't not a great loss. I have to wonder what constitutes refurbishing a power supply though...

Refurbished means it is guaranteed to produce a minimum of at least 25% of rated output, arcing, smoke, fire, and or small explosions in or around the PSU indicate improper use or faulty instalation.

After using your Antec Basiq 500w PSU Antec strongly recommends the following precations:

• You avoid prolonged physical contact with pregnant women and young children (such as holding them or having them sit on your lap) for six months.

• Your bodily wastes (urine and stool) will contaminate anyone or anything.

• Your family not use the same linens, clothing, tableware, dishes, and toilet facilities that you use without taking special precautions.
