Antec Aria and Asus P5GD1-VM

Hello please help I am starting to build my first computer and I started with a Antec Aria case with a 300 watt ATX power supply with 20 pin connector and the Asus P5GD1-VM uses a 24 pin connector but it says I can use the 20 pin connector but the manual for the motherboard says if I am going to use a 20 pin ATX power supply but it should be 350 watt power supply. I want to run a 2.8 ghz P4, 1 sata 200 gig HD, 1 gig of Ram, CD rom, 1 GeForce 6800 PCI Express card. Do you think the 300 power supply would be enough? I am in a bind here any help would be great. I dont want to burn the PSU out.
Thanks

If that Asus P5GD1-VM is not going to work for me the other mother board I am looking at is the MSI RS480M2-IL would this be a better board for me in the Aria case? Just building a simple Gaming rig. I really want PCI express video and it needs to be Micro Motherboard is there another motherboard that you would recommend? I don't think it matters AMD or Intel both are going to be fast.
Thanks Again
