Antec 900 questions

My friend has a Antec 900 he just bought and doesnt like. He offered it to me for a great price. Question is I just bought a Zalman 9500 PSU cooler and am wondering if it will fit in this case?

Here are the specs of items that would be going in this case:

P4C800 E-Deluxe
P4 3.2
BFG 6800 GT
SB Audigy 2 ZS
ATI Wonder Elite card
Corsair 520 Watt psu
4 gigs of Corsair Ram

Any thoughts? I want a new case anyway so if any one has a better suggestion I'd appreciate it!!

Thanks!

Jason

I fit the 9700 in my Antec 900, even a Thermalright Ultra120 as well.

I have read that the 900 can be a challenge when installing everything? (A bit cramped) Wondering how you found it to be? Thanks!!

The Ultra120 doesn't fit with a side fan, unless you cut a post-corner off one of the fans, which is a pain.

With a little cable management and patience, everything fits. It gets cramped with a lot of components, and the inner-fan bay adapter doesn't fit easily. The front-panel cables are not long enough for some motherboards.

I put the HD-rack with inner fan bay in the top three bays for a straight pass-through my Ultra120, and then put my optical drives below that. It can get loud and gets really dusty, but it's a nice case, and it is fairly compact.

I bought my friends Antec 900. Thing is brand new! He didn't even install anything in it. Was still in the box! Not sure what he didn't like? For $50 I can only say 😀
Just started adding everything. Put my mobo in and the cpu and zalman 9500. Will finish the rest later tonight! It is a bit cramped but not too bad. Can't wait to see everything in action!
