Antec 550w and Asus A8N SLI-Deluxe

Now while researching power supplies, i was interested in the true power line by antec.
With the a8n sli deluxe, which supports the 24pin connector, will this powersupply work correctly?

Antec TRUE550 EPS12V

I have noticed quite a few 24 pin power supplies, but the antec 550w eps12v mentions it is a "non-ATX standard adopted by SSI... designed for compatibility with EPS12v spec"

Is this the spec that the sli-deluxe is following?

Are future motherboards coming out with 24pin connector isntead of the standard 20pin atx power supply?

Also, if you think there is a better alternative, id like to hear feedback on that too...

There are several threads already in progress discussing power requirements and recommended PSUs for the A8N-SLI Deluxe. Do a search, you're bound to find at least one. Well, two, since I'll link you to mine for free (which, by the way, when i took a look at the forum, is 2 whole lines down from this post.)
