I was looking for an inexpensive case this afternoon and found the 3700BQE on sale at Circuit City.
$59.99 minus $20 mail in rebate.
I think these may be on clearance-Check your local B&M store for inventory.

This case is $79 plus $16 shipping at Newegg

This would be hot if it was the 3700, are you sure about that? There was a similar deal at best buy a while ago for a 2650BQE, maybe you got em mixed up.

I love mine - paid $70 after rebate at Compusa a long time ago. Though if you want silence, get rid of the Antec PSU and buy a Seasonic Super Tornado. I also replaced both of my 120mm's with Nexus'. There's also a silence foam kit available from a third party comany.

this case is marketed as a quiet case, but it seems like you've replaced pretty much every fans from this case, so how quiet is it really without any upgrades?

The exhaust fan is very smooth sounding and with a fan controller is very quiet. The PSU can barely be considered a quiet PSU and has to be swapped out unless you baffle the exhaust or mod it (which it's an excellent candidate for since it only has the one 80mm fan).

However, with 120 Nexus fans and a Seasonic PSU, it would be as close to silent as you can get and still have active cooling. But the fans and PSU would cost almost double what the case costs.

And the sad thing is that its alot better than my wiring job.....

Trust me when I say you don't want to see it.

Back on topic:

Great deal. I'm heading down to CC when I get home to see if they have any at my local store.

Thanks OP!

I'm going out at lunch and will confirm if this is just a "local ymmv" deal or actually an "in-store" deal.

Still...$69.99 - $20 MIR is pretty hot IMO. I bought a few Super Lanboys for $39.99 AR with no PSU, I think I'm gonna take one back and get a 3700BQE, save myself from having to buy two PSUs. Thanks OP.

These have PSUs? How good are they? Aren't Antec PSUs expensive??

I'm almost ready to bite on this....

Yeah these have SL350S power supplies in em. The 'S' meaning only 1 fan instead of 2. For reference I bought one in the FS/T forum for $28. They go for a lot more retail.

I can confirm this deal in Brookfield, Wisconsin. I just picked a 3700BQE case up at the CC here for $59.99 and the register automatically spit out the $20 rebate.

A good deal...
