Finding it hard to find replacement for

ANTEC PP 303 XP 12 ATX 300W.

Can anyone help me locate a source?

I see one listed below in Compusa. Can this work?

Eagle ET-PSVT550E Voltas 550-Watt ATX 12V Power Supply - 550-Watt, ATX, 120mm Fan, PCIe, 10 Connectors

I don't see any problem with using a contemporary 300W or higher ATX power supply, unless your motherboard is built to accommodate this 6-pin single inline AUX connector:

But even then you may be able to run the motherboard without it, provided the CPU isn't overly power hungry, as were some early 1 GHz Athlons, Pentium IIIs, and 423 pin Pentium 4s.

Do not substitute a low quality power supply, even if its power rating is much higher than the PP 303's. Stay with brands like Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, FSP, and even Thermaltake (Thermaltake quality varies by model).
