Antec 300 Case

Just bought 300 case. Have a 900 and wanted to build a lighter unit to move around. Bought a Thermaltake Toughpower XT 675W power supply. After mounting the power supply I noticed the fan is at the bottom of the case with 3/4" clearance to the bottom of case. Does the fan suck air out of the case and exit at the back of the power supply where the switch is.

I am a amateur builder. I have built 3 units over the past 10 years. This is my 2nd without a friend who passed away.
