I use the 300 very often in builds. The $15-20 more it usually costs compared to the cheap Cooler Master cases is money well-spent IMHO. At $47 shipped it's a no-brainer. I think that's the cheapest I've ever seen it without a rebate. If I didn't have a bunch of 300 + BP430s from the $65AR deal a few weeks ago, I'd buy more of these!

It beats the 900 in cable management hands down, IMO. The 900's a friggin' nightmare. 😛

Um... I assume you are referring to the original 900? I have a 902 v3 and the cable management was quite easy and very clean with all the cutouts and the space behind the mobo. I'm sure there are cases with better management but coming from the P180 this is a dream. I don't know about the original 900 though...

Well, now I have the 300 illusion coming and the P180 sitting in it's box all lonely like. Guess I needed to match up something with the 5 NIB PSU's on my shelf still...

Are you sure you can do that? The fans that come with the 300 are molex, so I'd assume these are as well. Can you still just snip a wire?

The blue LED fans are the only things keeping me from getting that as a backup.
