I'm adding another switch to this for my secondary power supply. But I have to drill through the plastic front piece as well as the circuit board to run the cable to the switch. Is this feasible, or should I just run it around the PCB at the expensive of it looking like arse?
Tas.

Your best bet would be to run it around the PCB IMO :)

A drill bit will have no problem with a PCB.

The main issue here is if tasburrfoot78362 has to ask us, do you really want him/her using power tools on his/her rig? ;)

Okay, nevermind. I grabbed a PCB off of a hard drive, and it doesn't crack it or anything, so I am alright. I already drilled the hole in the PCB and the plastic, although the plastic one is a bit too small. Thanks for ya'lls help.

Son of a bitch. I was using my drill instead of teh Dremel, and it chipped the plastic. Ugh, fvck. Oh well. I can still use it though. And it isn't terribly noticeable I think....

But it didn't really matter either way, because now I just have an extra hole in there. The damned switch wouldn't fit. So I get to go switch hunting while evacuating tomorrow. Woohoo! hehehehe OH well. Time to mod something else now.
Tas.

you have to keep it on low speed and keep the bit clean for it not to crack...its almost like cutting plexi glass but a lot safer and easier...

anyways Wrong Forum
