9500 pro would be the best. If you want to spend less though either get the 9600 pro for $150 or the ti4200 for $100.
 
Use Reforce to get rid of the refresh rate problems, and do you have decent cooling in your case? I don't see why a 9600Pro would overheat. What was your previous card?

Then change them or get a new moniter. Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB right now is the best price/performence card available.
 
no its not overclocked, i was thinking bout ocing.....but if the card is a dud for some reason...im getting rid of it... wut is the best ocing program for radeons?
