Another XP networking problem.

So I'm trying to transfer a 1GB folder from my laptop to my desktop over MSHOME. After about a minute of transferring I get ""Cannot Copy xxx: The specified network name is no longer available."

Why is it no longer available? My laptop is still on. It's not going into standby or anything. I don't have any transfer quotas that I'm aware of. I'm logged into my lappy from my desktop as the admin. The same happens when I try to copy the folder, while on the laptop, from the lappy to the desktop, only I get a "target folder is no longer available" or something along those lines.

Drat.

Does it drop out at about the same point every time. In other words, is it a time or amount of data problem. If not then I'd have to agree with Jeff. Could just be a dropped connection to the server.

It seems to drop out at around the same time (within one minute). How can the connection be dropped? The "server" is my laptop sitting five feet away from my desktop...
