Another Weird Reboot Question

I have an A7V 800TB and a v3 2000 pci. And ive been having these weird reboots lately.

The computer seems to restart but after the restart there seems to be no signals going to the monitor. I have to do a hard boot( power on/off) and then the monitor displays something and the computer works normal again.

All my cpu temps and stuff are fine... its just the lack of display that leads me to believe that the video card is the problem.

i remember having this problem too, and just decided that what the hell it's not too much of a pain, it seems to be working otherwise so why bother 🙂

I have been working through a similar problem with my system. I tried it all - memory, PSU, cards, CD-ROMS etc etc. What confused me is sometimes it went away completely for days.

In my case it was that the AGP card was not sat properly in the slot, and of course sometimes when I was fiddling around in there and trying different things I would just happen to correct/ah heck it up!

So you might want to check that! (Yes I realise you have a PCI card).
