No, that's not the problem with our education system, it's our government that decides our children's education is not valuable enough to support it with more money.

O RLY? Remind me again, how is Chicago's education system doing? Please do tell me their national ranking - especially with how much their teachers are paid.

I mean, they have a union that demands high rates for teacher pay - so it must be good... right?
 
Every time this happens I think of that South Park episode. You know, where the police are all serious until they find out it was a hot female teacher, and then they all just keep saying "nice". I've had some hot teachers in my life, but nothing like this ever happened. If it did, I'd like to think I'd keep my mouth shut, but, who knows. Boys will be boys.

Teachers should be discouraged from wearing makeup to school. I know it's against our freedoms, but why are they glamming up for these kids?

Some women feel the need to wear makeup if they wave the house. I don’t think that’s the issue really. I hate makeup though and think women look much better without it.

I had a teacher that became Miss Oklahoma the year I had her. Too bad I was in third grade, so I knew she was hot but didn't fully appreciate it. I had one other hot 20 something teacher in 6th grade, but that was it.
 
To quote the Reboot of Battlestar Galactica "All of this has happened before and all of it will happen again"

Like most of the older crowd here this is completely different than the high school I remember 30+ years ago. Back then all of the younger females taught the lower grades while older women and men taught the upper grades, no young hot female teachers in the high schools. Could it be be that long ago the problem of putting women in their prime sexual reproductive peak in the same room with a bunch of testosterone oozing young males was recognized as asking for trouble? Did it cause trouble in the past? Is this why teachers were assigned the way they were 30+ years ago, resulting in no one remembering hot teachers in high school in the old days? Could it be that the lessons of the past were forgotten. Could it be that modern people view this teacher segregation as sexist and that by breaking it down they are liberating women teachers while in fact they are just putting them in jail.

Did all of this happen before?

Makes sense to me but I dunno if it's true or not. It could be part of the problem, at least. I was born in '83 and never had any young woman for a teacher. The youngest one was probably in her mid/late 20s and that wasn't until an intro C++ class at community college (a firecrotch, as a matter of fact. I think she was kinda dec actually).

I'm not sure about it myself, just a theory.

One thing I do know is that every time one of these threads comes up there is a chorus of posters all saying "I don't remember any young women teachers in high school". There had to be young females teaching somewhere.

Like a lot of posters I was guessing this was a phenomenon caused by social media and young boys not being able to keep their mouths shut.

Might be a good collage sociology thesis for someone to go over school employment records for the last 50 years and see if there has been a change in the mixing of students and teachers to account for the anecdotal "I don't remember any young hot teachers in high school".

Although I do think this is a bit harsh, she did F-up royally. I know all of us are thinking the same thing, "shoot, wish I was that lucky 14yr old!" but stop and think it through, remember when we were 14, sexually naive of course, and then a babe THIS smoking is giving it up to you. That's going from level ground to launched into orbit in one fell swoop, if he had fallen for her, (could you blame him?) and she suddenly broke it off he might wind up harming himself or possibly her.
