Way to go kid.. way to go.. Not at all the poor helpless boy mind controlled by the teacher who was taking advantage of her power.. Just a horny teenager who likely looks a bit older than he is picking up an attractive woman..

Rape is terrible, but I just don't see how age has much to do with it unless it allows control, which in this case I can't see.
 
This is so ridiculous. These sex laws are just insane and not based on reality in any way, shape or form.
 
That is absolutely disgusting.... I got all the way through highschool and not once, not once did any hot teacher try to molest me or have sex with me. Bullshit. I feel cheated. 😡 UK education system sucks :thumbsdown:

They don't have any hot women in the UK to begin with, what do you expect? I mean, some of them may be attractive enough, but as soon as they open there mouth... yeah!
 
i dont remember the last time i read a story about a male teacher banging a student. its been a long time. but women teachers seems to be quite often. what gives....

You know what the sad thing here is.. depending on what state you live in 16 or 18 is usually the age of consent..

that age difference if both parties were of age.. no one would even bat an eye at.
(well except the super prudes out there)

Ive dated older women and much younger women..
but no one cares because we were both over that number.

this is not a case of rape.. that guy knew EXACTLY what he was doing and wanted it. and he was Rico Suave enough to land the older woman..

I think the law is really screwed up in these cases..

this is not rape and she shouldn't have to suffer her entire life now because of it.

I dunno. Sex can have consequences for boys too, and teen boys lack the proper judgment to make decisions about the rest of their lives in the same way teen girls do. "Oooh baby, do me bareback, I swear I'm on the pill," from an older woman and a hormone-addled teen boy may not think twice before becoming a baby-daddy and paying child support the rest of his life.

I'm actually for lowering the age of majority (not just for sex but for pretty much all responsibility) but whatever the age is I think the law should be equally enforced between genders. If your reasoning is that teenagers can't make life-impacting decisions, the guy is at risk as much as the girl, even if in a different way.

the thought of hanging out with a 16 year-old makes me want to shoot myself in the face, but I don't think that having sex with one should be illegal.

but a teacher having sex with a student is stupidly unprofessional and enough of a break in the trust that the public places in them to warrant having their teacher's license revoked, imo
