this girl just graduated from kent state. a friend of mine agrees with her - every person in the US needs to carry a gun on them at all times. i think it sounds kind of crazy but he insists this will solve all shootings.

People do many things to make them feel better about themselves...like advocating "solutions" that are not even remotely viable and have no chance in hell of actually working.

Yup harsher gun laws are definitely not viable and have no chance in hell of actually working, except in states that have harsher gun laws have lower gun deaths.

But I do agree that conservatives are very speshul people. They prove this daily.

What have you changed? What actions have you taken that make one iota of difference in the scheme of things? There is effectively no difference between you and those who offer 'thoughts and prayers' except for one thing...human empathy...which you appear to sorely lack.

If someone walks up to her and says "I'm going to take your gun away and have it destroyed.", will she execute that person?
If the law is changed banning that gun and a police officers attempts to confiscate it, will she execute the cop?

How does this work?

Every thread here that talks about guns, someone has posted hard statistics that show states that have stronger gun laws have lower gun deaths. If you don't want to believe that, it's on you
