OK... this one is on palindromes and dates.

You have the following Date 10 - 02 - 2001 which is a palindrom. Find the next highest palindrom year previous to (before) 10 - 02 - 2001.
 
Nothing from 1322 to 1999 is possible.

1322-1399 will give non-existant months (22 - 99)
1400-1999 will give non-existant days (41 - 91)
2000 will give a month of 0
1321 is correct

You don't have a profile, so I don't know where you're from. It's possible that you're not using the standard American date format of mm/dd/yyyy, but instead using dd/mm/yyyy
