Another Remote Desktop Problem

I can start the session log in & see the machine logging in, but it just sits at a blank blue screen. If I open task manager I see that explorer isn't running. I can launch explorer & I see the desktop and everything else. I don't see anything until I do this. This just happens with cretain servers from 2 machines. Any ideas?

Are these saved profiles? Do you have a launch application set in those profiles (maybe one that doesnt' exist anymore?)
 
It happens any way I try to RDP into these servers from certain workstations, even if I try to connect to the console, same thing
