I find it less stable than IE, does not "play nice" with Pop-Up Stopper, and does not do a good enough job of stopping pop up adds by itself. If I wasn't planning a clean instal ASAP, I would revert back to IE. Thanks to this forum however, I am looking into Firebird.

Hmmm -- I've been using Avant for quite awhile now and have *never* had any problems with it being unstable... And its built-in popupstopper works just fine.:):):)

I am slowly switching away from IE6 to netscape 7 because:

multitabs
blocks most popups
display css correctly - sometimes even better than IE

Besides I want netscape 7 to get popular so that diehard netscape 4.7 users will upgrade and I can stop supporting that piece of junk in my css and dhtml!

I would suggest going over to Mozilla, since it's the same as Netscape but it is still being supported and was always more up to date to begin with. Also, "most popups" will become "all popups", since Netscape has a white list of sponsored sites it allows popups in.
