Sorry if this is a repost, I searched for 'windshield' and 'pedestrian'...no results on this story

Yep, its happened again...though this time the man was likely killed by the impact, and not from being left in the drivers windshield. This is a bit more gruesome than the last case...the victims legs were torn off by the accident and the body was found in the windshield without both legs. One arm was also torn off during impact. We will see where this leads, the article points towards no charges

The collision tore both of his legs off and severed an arm. I think it is safe to say that he died on impact.

Sounds like a horrible accident

They were joking about this on the radio this morning...
Deputies first learned of the accident, which happened about midnight Friday, from patrons at a bar who called 911 to report finding two legs near the parking lot, Volusia County sheriff's reports said.

I'm willing to bet that was the fastest mile that kid ever drove trying to get home. I can't imagine the horror of a bloodied body lodged in my windshield and having to drive home with that right in front of you to call the police. We'll see though how many idiots come forward trying to compare or trying to sue if charges in fact are not leveled against this guy.

That'll mess that kid up for a while.

If the legs were found near a bar, wonder this pedestrian was drunk and wandered into the street?

Deputies first learned of the accident, which happened about midnight Friday, from patrons at a bar who called 911 to report finding two legs near the parking lot
FHP spokeswoman Kim Miller said Dradeen was not impaired and no hit-and-run charges will be filed
"It's the pedestrian's fault. He was wearing dark clothing," Miller said. "The poor kid (Dradeen) was in the wrong place at the wrong time."'

Drinking and Walking can be equally hazardous to your health if you're drunk, I guess...
