What woulkd be better?? Keep my p3 800/133 runing at 900Mz/150. or get an 850/100 and get it to 1Ghz/118fsb??

I'm not really sure - you'ld have to run benchmarks to be sure, and the results might depend on what you do with your PC and which chipset you're using. But I'd vote for the latter, especially if you use a mobo with an asynchronous memory bus, like the ASUS CUSL2, with PC133 SDRAM.
