Another Overclockin Question

Hi guys,

Been reading quite a few posts from different forums and I've nearly got the grip on this OC business.

First up, my hyper transport link on the A8N-E SLI is 1000mhz right? So when I overclock all I need to make sure that the FSB speed multiply by the hyper transport link speed never exceeds 1000mhz right? So all I do is just drop it down to a slow multiplyer. Is this a setting on the BIOS because I remember seeing something somewhat close to that when I was goin through my BIOS last night.

Memory Divider calculation, can someone give me the formula for this? I got one from this other forum where they guy said its:

"Multiply your memory divider's(166/200, or ~5/6) inverse(200/166 ~6/5), by your cpu's current multi. So 6/5 x 10 =12. If there's any decimal, round up. Then take your cpu's oc'ed speed(say 250 x 10) 2500mhz and divide it by the number(12). So 2500/12=208.3mhz, so ddr 417."

I assuming the 166 is the mem speed and 200 is FSB right? is there anything wrong with this formula? Because the result I get when using this formula and the one posted on the sticky from this forum is different. is there something Im missing?
