Looks like a pretty nice tablet. Good win for Intel, Nokia have a very good reputation in Europe.

Yes that looks like a very nice tablet, too bad it won't be available before at the vey least 4 months in Europe and I'm afraid we'll see other 64-bit Android tablets before N1 is released

It's a design win, but I bet Intel pretty well gave Nokia those chips for free.

Good design win, I would've expected an ARM SoC from Nokia, but TTM could have been better.

Nokia has been working with Intel for years (remember Maemo?).

It should be noted that the design is mostly a work from Foxconn, not from Nokia.

Nokia usually excels on the hardware design front, so this should be a well-made item, though it’s worth noting that Foxconn is responsible for much of the engineering.

Nope, Nokia is licensing and providing oversight of hardware and software. While true, Foxconn is the one manufacturing the device, they did have conversations with Nokia per the few business reports that I've read. It's actually quite weird but interesting take as Nokia really just provides consulting resources and the burden is on the manufacturing company. I'm not sure how much revenue they received in the deal but I would love to find out.
