IQ scores are based on the total population, but this test attracts only people with PCs and Internet access. A skid row drop-out probably won't be taking this test...and their (presumably low) results aren't included. If everybody was forced to take this test the average score would drop to around 30-35, so your 39 score and 79 percentile make a lot more sense in this context.

I probably could've done better, but I didn't really feel like concentrating. Basically rushed through it as fast as I could while listening to music. Alotted time was 50 minutes, I took about 25 minutes. Guess I should've double checked.
