Another fine job from the United States Postal Service

I think the USPS has hit an all time low. I bought something from ebay and it was shipped 1st class mail on 12/27. from a town 9 miles from my house. I just got it today. That is just insane. I don't care if it is the holidays. 9 miles in 16 days??? WTF??

That is all.

Yea, USPS has been slow for me too. I sent something to my host sister in Russia on Dec 23rd with 4-10 day delivery and its not there. She sent me a package on Dec 3 with 2 week shipping and I still havent gotten it. Somethings wrong.

yeah distro centers are counter productive sometimes...i had a package coming from texas to oklahoma and it got delayed in ohio due to the ice storms they were having there around christmas...

That's not the same thing. USPS has zero control over a package when it is not in the US.

I guess, but I think it could be a combination of the two systems. Russia usually has pretty quick shipping. In Soviet Russia, package sends you!

The truth is the mailman hates you, really really hates you. I mail stuff across the US all the freaking time. Priority 2-3 days, on time, on the spot, all the freaking time.

Ps. Just read the ebay part. That explains EVERYTHING. What, did the seller charge you $20 for a stick of gum, and ship it using media mail?
