welll thats more proof that a normal drivers lisence shouldnt grant you the keys to cars that powerful

a few lessons in advanced car control etc for anything capable of those speeds and accelerations, a quick driving exam to make sure you know what your doing and then u get another licence that says you can safely drive a very fast car

not only that, i think if you can prove you have more experience/ control/ skill your insurance will go down. i did a pass plus, which is kinda like advanced drivng, did alot of motorway work, night driving on countr lanes etc, he even taught me how the police drive on country lanes it was cool, and dropped my insurance a good bit

BIG TIME EDIT: That is a Ferrari.

Almost the same thing happend at Cal Speedway. Sorry. I could have sworn it was the same accident. :(

No. All of those accidents took place in S.Korea where they have strict driver's license policy. They had to take many classes and road test is a lot harder than U.S's. Also, driver's licenses aren't the same for everyone. They are more than 5 types of driver's license, catagorized by size of cars and manual/autiomatic shift. Well, it is still their fault not handling such powerful cars, but they did have enough skill to drive those cars. Oh and all of those accidents took place in Seoul, drivers from Seoul; Seoul is a city of 14 million people with more than 3 million cars(excluding bus/taxi). You can't drive in Seoul unless you're damn freaking skilled. You'd be amazed to see how people make turns and park cars when there's virtually no space.

i don't know, i lived in seoul for 5 yrs as an adult, i owned a car for 3 of those years. i drove everywhere in seoul, i didn't think the skill level was any different than what i see in NYC on a day to day basis or what i saw in chicago when i lived in the midwest.

ya, drivers license testing is stricter in korea, but if you have enough money and know the right people in korea, rules/laws don't really mean anything.

also, i had a US drivers license, so they just granted me a korean drivers license with no testing.
