Another ebay scam?

I'm assuming this is a scam since they're asking for my SSN...

well at first I clicked on it from outlook so I didn't see the URL till after I pasted it here🙂

Hmmm...using the subdomain. Bad effort, but could work on the new internet / ebay user.

LOL, that's the dumbest URL someone can use for a scam.

Well, the part after.com is in hex so if you didnt' know any better it just would say

scgi.ebay.com and a bunch of %XX's.
