Unless you pay some nutty price for Express Mail, you can't use Delivery Confirmation. I have shipped to Canada before, but not with eBay.

Just because the buyer is from Canada doesn't mean you have to ship to Canada. Sometimes my friends and I get items shipped to the border and we pick it up. Most Canadians do live by the border y'know.

How do you do that?
 
I live in Vancouver so we get things shipped to Point Roberts and pick it up. Duties/taxes still do apply though. It's just a way for me to buy stuff from US only places.
