another dual boot question

I am screwed. I guess I should try to do another fresh install of Win2k. Is it OK for me to reformat the partition that contained Win2k and do a fresh install? I mean--I won't get any problems dual booting right? (I already have dual boot set up--WinMe and 2k...something just isn't right with 2k. can I format my D: partition and start over without having to tweak my boot.ini file?
 
Is absolutely no problem 🙂 did this already 3 times (I use win98/win2000) but it is
the same as Me/2000 so you are save 🙂 🙂 🙂
