I've signed up to receive both Dell Home and SB e-mails, and even bought 2 laptops from Dell, but I never receive the e-mails. Is there a magic spell I need to cast to get them to start appearing?

Yeah, not to be a thread-crapper, but this is not hot. You shouldn't need to be reminded about checking your e-mail...and if it's your spam e-mail, deal with it. 😉
