how do you do that fast jumping thing where it looks like people are swooping left and right?? it is so damn fast!!

help!!
 
its called bunny hopping and many people think its cheating...

but basically, you move your mouse left to right and you strafe and jump and you never push the forward key the whole time you do this....that's the basic way you do it...
