Another batch of bloods, but for hormones

Torn Mind

Lifer
DHEA Sulfate, 398 mcg/dL. Reference max is 415.
Estradiol, 21 pcg/dL
Testosterone, 364 ng/dL

I also had fasting glucose of 68 mg/dL.

Seems about right, I'm not someone who exhibits heavy masculinity in some respects....unless prednisone is acting as the extra testosterone I never had, lol

Eat two eggs a day for two weeks and enjoy the spike in your energy levels, aggression and desire. After that, stop. Long term, it doesn't work. At least, it didn't for me.

Eggs make me nauseous after a couple and definitely after three and I've never felt a boost from eating them
I should solely eat them to prevent choline deficiency...but it's tough picking them over other foods.

Being the sweet freak I am, seems like "white powders" in the form of starch is the only thing that gets me worked up.

You can get choline from lots of foods. Quick Google search will help you. Eggs don't have so much choline that it's worth eating them if you don't like them. You hear choline in eggs because eggs could not advertise themselves as healthy for so long, so they would say eggs can help you maintain a healthy choline level.

You mean 2nd most abundant mg/serving compared to beef liver?
I do eat peanuts when not eating starches, often by 8-10 ozs of peanut butter in one sitting.

I happen to have desires that cause great disregard for eating meat, fish, milk, cheese, or eggs if I let them control me. That's being a love for starches. I might down three pizzas slices....the cheese isn't what I like alone....it's the flour that's the real desirable part...in fact...I've left many unsweetened squares of cheddar to mold....that's how difficult it is for me to eat cheese without starch.

Only three? I used to be able to eat a whole medium pizza from Pizza Hut, Dominoes and Papa Murphy's. Papa John's medium I never tried I think coz their small pan pizza was already pretty thick that it would fill my stomach pretty good.

Thankfully, my prior dietary adjustment still puts me in some degree of limitation...

Also...I never had the biggest stomach ever....so even with eating rice/noodles/etc and totally not giving a crap, I have a lower capacity than even other Asians, and certainly smaller than whites, Hispanics, blacks....

So, I know how people can get fat and can relate precisely as to why they get fat, even though I myself won't get fat(still sub 125 pound male, 6 ft tall). (It's the sugar/starch addiciton; I'm more starch addicted than sugar. Too much sugar overwhelms me and I can't handle too much of it)

You have really strong abs. That's why you can't eat too much. I knew a friend who had done some martial arts training. One day, he told me to feel his stomach after he had eaten. It was rock hard. He told me that his tight abdominal muscles prevented him from eating more.

I have no abs...only did crunches consistently these past few weeks.

Might be the anterior pelvic tilt or other tight muscles. It's not good to be weak all over muscularly.
