another bad driving story

ok so its 11 pm and im at a stoplight. the light turns green and i proceed through the intersection. all of a sudden i here this honking and a car with a woman and a child are heading straight toward me although their light is red. and then they look at me while they pass me as if i didnt have a green light. i was so pissed as i barely missed them.

i did that once, nearly smashed a guy swearing that I had the green when in reaility I must have been smoking it. I later realized I really had run a red and it was my fault, I felt terrible and embarrassed cuz I'd flicked the guy off. I prayed to god to forgive me of my sins.

Worst thing I ever did was similar. Except no danger of a crash. I got distracted by some woman smoking (UGH! so... yuck) Anyway I went straight when the "left turn" light turned green while the straight green was still red. Afterwards I was so embarassed. Then I prayed it'd never happen again. Then I swore that I'd be more careful.
