Dude, it was a metaphor; he said he normally tries to be bigger than the moment, but at that moment, he felt like a 16-year-old standing up there and didn't know what to do or say

There's just something about the feel for guitar he plays that I enjoy. Maybe it's because I play. It makes me want to go to Berkley and drop out.
