Steve and K1052 and Zinfamous have helped me move in the past... and I've burned that bridge of ever getting help again I'm sure :)

Good for you JC.

Well, you didn't recruit me for the second move, but a little coaxing/incentive/bribe and I'm all yours :lips:

Once I'm all settled in, I still plan on having the party. Plus, you never know....I may need another favor sometime. (Looking for a washer. Mwahahahaha ;) lol) I REALLY appreciated the help.

I could see where doing it in that order could cause problems. :)

So I'm in the process of moving. I'm moving out of my grandmother's house and into my own house. I was having a very hard time trying to find help to move furniture, boxes, anything. Then I remembered meeting JC a few years ago. (He lives maybe 30 - 40 minutes North of me. (He'd be able to tell you better how far...lol) Long story made short, sent him an e-mail and asked if he had a truck. Luckily he wasn't busy AND he had a truck. Next day, John was over here helping me move.:D It was/is soooo appreciated. My dad and cousin are coming down tomorrow with a couple of things and then I'll be settled.

Thanks, JC!!!!

Contrary to popular belief I do think there are a lot of good people online who would help out their online cohorts in real life just like JC did.

I for one would definitely help you mosh. But the reasons why are obvious.

So, which is his screen name?

His screen name is JC. :)

Ah, I thought it might have been John, the moderator here.

There's a moderator named John ?

Hmmm, thought he was a mod, maybe he once was?

He must have been, why else would he be on my buddy list?
