another asus a8r-mvp problem.

after trying to fix this with a reinstall of windows XP. and then updates to the Marvell Yukon drivers. and it still just dieing on me from 1 too 2 hours of game play.
even if i am not in game but just in IRC and vent. it would die my temps where low.

so i just put a netgear network card. and everything just fine but my Gigabit ethernet card still give the problem.

does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem has anyone else had this problem with this mother board?

i have asked on Asus forums but there no reply there at all.

Dekamore if the board is still under warranty you may want to find out about rma'ing it. the way you describe the problem it seems the lan chip is failing. however that is just a guess.
