Hey guys first post. Im upgrading or actually building a new PC and wanted your thoughts on my parts. well here it is:

COOLER MASTER Centurion 5

ASUS P5B-E

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300

Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 667

HIS Hightech X1900GT

FSP Group AX450-PN

ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro

I will be overclocking for sure. I already have a monitor, HDD and dvd burner. IM going with the 1900gt because i plan on upgrading to a dx10 card probably in jan/feb when hopefully vista releases. Ill probably get a better power supply at that time too. I went with the FSP to save money as im on a tight buget right now to build this system. Lemme know what you guys think. Thanks

I'm not into gaming but just wondered why you picked the ASUS P5B-E mobo?

* I'd spring for a little extra $$ and get the E6400, for its higher multiplier.
* I'd also spend the extra now on a Liberty 500W PS.

I'd go with a more powerful psu. Slightly more money will buy alot more psu.

Yea, maybe ill just wait till next week and get a seasonic or silverstone PSU. Id like a stacker or maybe a P180b but i think the centurion will do for now. I went with that mobo because it seems to OC well and its at a nice pricepoint. My other choice was a DS3 but i kinda like the asus better.

Ok, to clear up the air on the PSU issue here. If your going to do SLi DX10, let us know. If your not, then buy a Corsair HX520W. Modular, large 12V rail, and can handle a single DX10 card or Crossfire x1900GT. It should save you money in the future. BTW, can be found for $120 @ ZZF.

I agree on the power supply. If you are going SLI DX10, you'll just be spending more money to upgrade. Might as well get a good PSU now.
