looks like asus fixed what was wrong and has rereleased it. i have seen people who have flashed with it and have had no trouble with it. they claim it performs like the A7V133 bios that some are running ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/Socket_A/VIA_Chipset/Apollo_KT133/A7V/
