Anonymizing website

Question: how would one go about setting up an anonymizer website? Essentially a site where I can go to www.mywebsite.com and then type a different URL and have the webserver go to www.differentwebsite.com and have it display in a frame in my website? That way it looks as though I only visit mywebsite.com.

Not work filters. This is actually for part of a CS project.

Opening it in a frame won't do anything. Your browser still requests the page for that frame from whichever web server supplies it.

Can you explain a little more precisely what you mean?
